Lady AlexXandra has her slave bound like a spread eagle on the bed, he is completly helpless and must endoure, what she dishes out.

She enters the scene with the words "here is my slave... a.. patient" a slave which has to be treatened like a patient?

First she sits on his chest for testing his breath-ability under pressure and finds out that he need more for improve his breath.

She moves on his throat, clamp his head in a scissor... it's a good training for the breath.

Soon she lands on his face, "no-breath-therapy" and continues with scissors, chestsitting and -kneeling.

Barbarella makes a victory-pose, showing her bizept..... ??? She is a slim lady and has not many muscles and her slave teases her,.... but he forgot her strong legs, she takes him between, putting his head in a scissorhold.. And the comes her skull-press... his laughing goes away, he realizes his situation, he is at her mercy! She does some painful wrestling-holds, sits fullweight on him, squeezes his throat... and so on.... Fun for her... pain for him!
